The company will use invested funds to expand the management team. We will add sales and marketing talent, content acquisition specialists, a grant writer, leaders for alliances and business development and an IT team. We will also build the operational support team.
Our initial thrusts will be to operationalize alliances with Talent Zoo and online learning management provider, as well as our eCommerce engine and social networking host.
We will immediately seek sponsorship for our live and online programming and commerce, a promotional campaign to accelerate the number of myDreamMatters members.
FINANCING
Over the past 4 years, about $800,000 has been invested by the principle owner and core leadership team. This has produced all the programming, events, webcasts and products associated with the American Dream Project and REALeadership Alliance. We anticipate that $10 million will be sufficient to ramp up our business model to high growth sustainability within 36 months. (See projections)
