OUR MISSION
Our mission is to “educate humanity to save the world.” We believe the challenges of global warming, poverty, disease, corrpution, wars, and resource depletion have a single root cause....leadership failure. Failure driven by a too-small paradigm of industrial leadership models. We believe that the rising tide of socially-strategic enterprises focusing on removing the causes of our suffering (e.g. microfinance) offer a new teachable model with bigger goals, better methods, and new incentives. Our research confirms that both students, business leaders, and an energized global workforce want to learn and implement socially-strategic leadership but are not sure how.
Our goal is to educate and train one
million new leaders in the next 10 years.
We also plan to connect millions more with jobs at socially-strategic enterprises, large and small.
We believe this may do more to solve our social and environmental problems than any other single initiative.
